The HARMONY OB/GYN Module effectively tracks all vital obstetric indicators for each visit. By incorporating a concise medical data report and a fact assessment form, which is conveniently printed with the patient encounter/superbill form, Obstetric information is easily stored and tracked.

To further enhance ease of use for nursing and medical practitioner, HARMONY integrates with the patient billing record and appointment module.

The HARMONY Messaging Center allows the triage nurse to document, on the patient master screen, the developed plan and automatically print the full message including physician, patient's phone numbers, pharmacy number and prescription information to the medical records area for distribution and charting. The patient master screen provides prescription and medication tracking immediately.   

This comprehensive encounter driven module incorporates an integrated Medical Records and Transcription capability with Open Systems Technology mandated by the National Health Care HL7 communications protocols. The transcription module utilizing WordPerfect and Steadman's Medical Dictionary integrates all medical record and patient information found in the HARMONY system. For example, the name and address of the referring doctor is automatically inserted into all referral follow-up letters. Other integrated information includes: diagnosis, date of last visit, date of injury, medical record number. All transcription catalogued to the patient's medical record is easily accessed from the individual patient account without having to exit the system or enter WordPerfect.
