The HARMONY Nephrology Module incorporates an integrated Medical Records and Transcription capability with Open Systems Technology mandated by the national Health Care HL7 communications protocols.
Allowing for easy access to hospital information insurers and physician inter-office communications, HARMONY provides new efficiency with electronic exchange of:

This technology also allows for the automated faxing of any information with your HARMONY system.
The HARMONY Nephrology Module tracks clinical information including:
- Tracking of all materials used during each treatment
- Medication and treatment plans.
With the dialysis posting/billing system users can expect dual billing functionality for both the dialysis clinic and the nephrology practice on one system, customization for hospital based dialysis facilities, and reports.
A complete SOAP medical record is maintained and easily accessed from the Patient Master Screen. The physician can individualize SOAP records, and templates my be created to mandate certain protocols specific to individual courses of treatment. This module also provides for free form notations with a window to WordPerfect and Steadman's one keystroke integration with WordPerfect and Steadman's Medical Dictionary.
The utilization of Windows and fourth generation technology provides integration of referring doctor information and integrated yet separate databases for practices, which have affiliated practices. This allows automatic transferring of patient demographic and insurance information between affiliated practices while maintaining system integrity and security. These interrelated databases allow for management and financial reports separated by provider, location with combined or separate reports by cost center.
