Oncology
The HARMONY Oncology Module completely automate the clinical and financial sides of chemotherapy. The system automates the handling and billing of chemotherapy drugs and prevents revenue loss due to operator error or oversight. As oncologists well know, the drugs administered during chemotherapy can represent over 50% of a practice's cost and revenue: failing to bill for just one dose can result in losses from a few dollars to a few thousand dollars.
The system provides a structured method of defining and recording a patient's chemotherapy treatments. It maintains treatment plans, and all relevant data for each day in the treatment schedule. Clinical information is then automatically passed on to the encounter form and posted. Drugs and supplies used during each session are automatically updated in the inventory management functions.
This technology also allows for the automated faxing of any information with your HARMONY system.

A complete SOAP medical record is maintained and easily accessed from the Patient Master Screen. SOAP records can be individualized by physician, and templates my be created to mandate certain protocols specific to individual courses of treatment. This module also provides for free form notations with a window to WordPerfect and Steadman's one keystroke integration with WordPerfect and Steadman's Medical Dictionary.
