A complete SOAP medical record is maintained and easily accessed from the Patient Master Screen. SOAP records can be individualized by physician, and templates my be created to mandate certain protocols specific to individual courses of treatment. This module also provides for free form notations with a window to WordPerfect and Steadman's one keystroke integration with WordPerfect and Steadman's Medical Dictionary.
For PIP or COMP sub-specialties a customized billing and pre authorization module is included. This module provides for aged accounts receivables out to 24 months by attorney. Many unique billing formats and reports are designed to facilitate the needs of this sub-specialty. The module allows each patient up to 99 different accident/injuries with individual authorization numbers, balances and charges. Even with this degree of specialization, the module readily provides combined information to report on the entire patient account.
