A complete SOAP medical record is maintained and easily accessed from the Patient Master Screen. The physician can individualize SOAP records, and templates my be created to mandate certain protocols specific to individual courses of treatment. This module also provides for free form notations with a window to WordPerfect and Steadman's one keystroke integration with WordPerfect and Steadman's Medical Dictionary.

The utilization of Windows and fourth generation technology provides integration of referring doctor information and integrated yet separate databases for practices, which have affiliated practices.  This allows automatic transferring of patient demographic and insurance information between affiliated practices while maintaining system integrity and security.  These interrelated databases allow for management and financial reports separated by provider, location with combined or separate reports by cost center.
