Harmony performs regular coding and documentation audits. We make sure that every code has the proper documentation – a physician’s note, etc. – to support your insurance claims. That way, you can avoid any surprises during a Medicare or health insurance company audit of your practice.

Physicians work hard and are entitled to fair, accurate and prompt reimbursements. So, we also perform regular reimbursement audits to ensure insurance companies are issuing payments according to contract. Then we resolve any disputes and set changes into place to make certain the errors aren’t repeated in the future.
