With e/Encounter, a customized, electronic version of your patient encounter form/super bill is loaded onto a lightweight, touch-screen tablet PC. After seeing a patient, a physician simply touches the appropriate CPT and diagnosis codes while simultaneously entering prescriptions.
After the information is entered:
• All necessary charge information is automatically sent electronically to your billing system.
• Medications are stored on the patient’s abbreviated electronic health record, and can be printed or faxed directly to the patient’s preferred pharmacy.
